i appreciated the staff members for making my time pleasant. james, lizzy, and sallyanne were very helpful. all the staff were polite. the room was clean and fresh. i found the spa area beautiful. i have already booked for another stay.
i noticed there were a lot of stairs, which may be an accessibility problem.

The reception staff was helpful during check-in. They explained the hotel parking and check-out facilities. They suggested nearby restaurants. I was offered different room options (as karaoke was taking place). The cleaning staff provided an extra bag upon request. The aromatherapy massage by Carly was relaxing.
The shower space in the bathroom was quite small (smaller than I expected).

i enjoyed the convenient car parking. the bed was lovely and soft, and breakfast included even black pudding which was a nice surprise! the buffet had very good choices, too. the hotel location being right on the seafront.
the room layout could be better and it had only three hangers.

the hotel sits right on the sea front, and it provided a great view. various entrances made entering and leaving easy and convenient . it is a great position near everything.

I found that the staff provided a warm welcome and catered to our needs. I received a complimentary upgrade to a gold room from the silver seaview I booked. The location was great and the family room was big enough for us.
The check-in process seemed a bit cumbersome.
